We stand by the quality, performance, and integrity of our digital products and services — and we want every customer to feel completely assured when engaging with Eldy.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
Week Satisfaction Guarantee
All eligible Eldy purchases and service subscriptions include a one-week (7-day) satisfaction guarantee.
If, within 7 days of purchase or activation, you are not fully satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
To qualify for this guarantee:

The request must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.

The service must not have been used in a way that breaches Eldy’s Terms and Conditions.

Refunds apply to eligible digital services, subscriptions, and booking fees, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
We aim to process all approved refund requests within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Digital Services and AI Products
As Eldy primarily provides digital, automated, and AI-driven services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Once a digital service or AI interaction has been substantially delivered or fulfilled, a refund may not be possible, except under the 1-week guarantee.

If you experience a technical issue, malfunction, or system error, Eldy will first attempt to resolve it before issuing a refund.

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction resulting from misuse, user error, or lack of system compatibility.
Bookings and Scheduling Services
For bookings handled through the Eldy AI Receptionist or other scheduling platforms:

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

If cancelled within the 1-week guarantee window, you are entitled to a full refund.

If cancelled later than 24 hours before the booking, fees may apply depending on the service partner’s terms.

No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refund unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and confirm the next steps.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your purchase was made through a third-party platform (e.g., app store, reseller, or partner), you must request a refund directly from that provider according to their policies.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services outside the 1-week guarantee window.

Completed digital or AI interactions that have been substantially delivered.

Custom projects or enterprise integrations once initiated.

Failure to access or use services due to user-side technical issues.

Violation of Eldy’s Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
Eldy reserves the right to refuse refunds if abuse of the policy is detected or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Service Credits and Alternatives
In some cases, Eldy may offer service credits or alternative compensation instead of a full refund.
This may include:

Account credit for future use.

Free service extensions or upgrades.

Priority assistance or re-delivery of a service.
These alternatives are offered at Eldy’s discretion and only when they provide fair value equivalent to the original purchase.
Disputes and Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request an internal review by contacting legal@eldy.ai.
We are committed to resolving all refund-related matters professionally, transparently, and in good faith.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Eldy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, services, or payment systems.
The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document.
All changes take effect immediately upon publication.
